ROSCOE BONNA VALUERS provides property valuation services to financial institutions, corporate and individuals for Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural and Residential properties throughout Botswana and the region. Our services include Property Appraisals, Machinery and Plant Valuations, Reals Estate Agency, Property Development and Housing Policy Consultation. We also have associate firms in the Southern & Eastern Africa region and we are able to take up assignments.

PRINCIPAL VALUATION SURVEYOR
A qualified Valuation Surveyor with over 40 years experience. He has a BA (Land Economics) degree and a Masters degree in Housing Administration both from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. A full member of various institutions. He has enormous experience in large portfolio valuation exercises in Botswana, South Africa and East Africa.
GLORIA KASHINA, REAC
VALUATION SURVEYOR
A graduate of the Copperbelt University, Zambia with a BSc Land Economy degree. She worked for BA Properties as Manager of Commercial properties for Zambia State Insurance Corporation among others. She is a full member of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana, registered with the Real Estate Advisory Council and is involved in property management and valuation of all properties.
